Extra! Extra! What's The Big Idea?!
Greetings! Have you ever wondered what it might
be like to run a newspaper? Well, this is your chance! You can select
articles, and select pictures. If you need help getting started, click on
the yellow square. That's right, click on the supervisor's
office. If you have been here before then jump on in. Somewhere
out there is a story with your name on it. Teachers, be sure
to check out the on-line evaluation. Let me know

- USA Today
- Yep, this is the on-line version of the national paper.
Daily news updates on national and world news, sports, weather, and life.
You can even search through old archives.

- Houston Chronicle
- Houston's biggest and only major newspaper. This site
contains contains the usual features and front page articles contained
in traditional print newspapers.

for Kids
- A kid's edition of Time Magazine.

- KidNews
- An on-line newspaper for kids. "Kid's writing from
pratically everywhere". Kids have written stories on lots of different
subjects including sports and news events. Students can read stories written
by kids or submit stories of their own.

- Another on-line news paper for kids. This sight is a
recent find. upon my first visit I found articles on fashion computers,
and more.
